This Privacy Policy explains what information Built By AB LLC, a limited liability company doing business as Built by AB (“we”, “us”), collects when you visit builtby-ab.com, how it is used, and the choices you have.

When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, and message, plus your phone number, business name, and the service you are interested in if you choose to provide them. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project.

When you use the chat assistant on this site, the messages you type are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.

Information collected automatically

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location (country or city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded.

Our hosting and security providers may also process standard technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and limit repeated form submissions.

How long we keep information

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and keep a record of our business conversations, unless you ask us to delete them. Chat messages are held temporarily to keep the conversation going and are not saved to our database.

Your choices and rights

Security
