About this Site

The Site gives general information about our website design, branding, and AI visibility and local SEO services, and lets you contact us. Information on the Site is not an offer or a contract. Any project, pricing, timeline, or deliverables are agreed separately in writing between you and Built by AB, and those written terms control.

Chat assistant

The chat assistant uses artificial intelligence to answer general questions. Its replies may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not a quote, promise, or professional advice. For anything important, please contact us directly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by sending spam through the contact form or chat, trying to access areas you are not authorized to use, interfering with the Site’s security or operation, or using automated tools to scrape or overload it.

Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text, graphics, and the Built by AB name and logo belong to Built by AB. Client logos, names, and work shown in our portfolio belong to their respective owners and are shown with permission to illustrate our work. You may not copy or reuse Site content without permission.

Private client reports

Some pages on the Site are private reports prepared for specific clients and are protected by a passcode. Passcodes are confidential to the client they were issued to and must not be shared. Report contents are confidential to Built by AB and that client.

Third-party links

The Site links to other websites, such as client sites and social media. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
